Protection of personal data

Access to your personal data
Your personal data will in no case be passed on to third parties, except to those who have a contract with ENIKAM, based on which they carry out certain tasks related to data processing and are obliged to comply with the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data. The contractual processors are:

The contractual processors will only process the personal data within the framework of the instructions given and may not use it for their purposes. They are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data.
Under no circumstances will your data be transferred outside the EU.
Mailchimp is an exception, but it complies with the requirements of the EU-US Privacy Shield and strives to ensure the highest security of stored data through various physical, technical, and organisational measures, such as encryption of web connections, prevention of access by unauthorised persons, use of secure passwords and intrusion prevention.
